Your new role
Through this role, you will gain insight into how global software agreements are managed while supporting the management of a portfolio of software agreements. Over time, you will gradually take ownership of selected agreements, including contributing to the review of software agreement terms with support from an experienced License Manager.
You will maintain software entitlements in our Software Asset Management platform, analyze license and usage data to support compliance and optimisation, support compliance, optimisation and cost management activities, including creating purchase orders and service entry sheets, and gain an understanding of our end‑to‑end Software Asset Management processes.
You will support cost management activities, including creating purchase orders and service entry sheets.
Working closely with colleagues across Enterprise Digital Enablement, Procurement, Finance and external vendors, you will gain hands‑on experience with Software Asset Management, software licensing, IT governance and vendor management while learning from experienced specialists who are passionate about sharing their knowledge. Your work will help ensure that Lundbeck manages its software investments efficiently, compliantly and cost‑effectively.
