We’re looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join our B2C After Sales team, supporting consumers across the Nordics, with a strong focus on Norge. This is a customer-facing role where excellent Norwegian language skills are essential, and where you’ll play a key part in delivering high-quality after-sales support, sales assistance and warranty handling for WEBER customers.
Acting as a vital link between WEBER, our dealers and end consumers, you’ll bring a customer-Første mindset, confident communication skills and a genuine interest in building strong product knowledge to ensure a consistently excellent customer experience.
Key responsibilities
Deliver excellent customer service across all channels including phone, email and written correspondence
Handle after-sales queries, complaints and warranty requests from consumers
Support the sale of spare parts to consumers
Provide accurate product, pricing and service information to customers and dealers
Work closely with internal teams including Order Processing, Sales Consultants and Business Support
Follow internal procedures while applying sound judgement in the best interest of WEBER and the customer
Maintain awareness of consumer legislation, gas regulations, CE approvals and relevant Land-specific requirements
Build and maintain strong knowledge of WEBER products, competitors and related market offerings
Identify and elevate critical customer service issues when required
What we’re looking for
Experience in a customer service or after-sales role is beneficial but not essential
Experience working with ERP systems is an advantage
Strong customer focus with the ability to handle service, sales and complaint scenarios professionally
Clear and confident communication skills
Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team
Willingness to learn and continuously develop product and market knowledge
Languages
Fluency in Danish is required
Additional Nordic languages (Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish) are an advantage
Good written and spoken English is required
