As part of our customer support team, you will respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and offer detailed guidance regarding our gaming products. Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality customer support via chat, email, and phone to Danish-speaking clients
  • Quickly and effectively address and resolve customer queries and concerns
  • Guide customers through our gaming services to enhance their overall experience
  • Collaborate with your team to maintain exceptional service levels
  • Record and track customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
  • Gather customer feedback and provide insights to support service improvements
  • Participate in training initiatives to enhance your skills and product knowledge
Requirements
  • Fluency in Danish and proficient in English; additional languages are an asset
  • Previous experience in customer support or similar roles is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and maintain composure in a busy environment
  • Experience with CRM tools and customer service platforms is a plus
  • Willingness to relocate to Malta and immerse yourself in a new culture
  • A true passion for gaming and knowledge of the iGaming industry are highly valued
