On behalf of our client, we are looking for Danish-speaking Customer Support Representatives to join the Mercedes-Benz Customer Experts team based in Chania, Crete. In this role, you will be the main point of contact for customers, delivering high-quality service for one of the world's most respected automotive brands.

Your role
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer requests via phone, email and chat
  • Represent Mercedes-Benz with professionalism and brand care
  • Respond to inquiries about products and services, offering expert guidance
  • Handle customer issues efficiently and with a solution-oriented mindset
  • Provide accurate and effective roadside assistance support
  • Ensure a premium customer experience at every interaction
  • Collaborate with colleagues and share ideas and best practices
What we're looking for
  • Fluent Danish (spoken & written)
  • Very good English
  • Genuine interest in cars and the automotive industry (strong advantage)
  • At least 6 months of experience in customer support or customer care
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-Første mindset
  • Strong problem-solving ability and sense of ownership
  • Comfortable working with digital tools and systems
  • Positive, adaptable and open to relocating abroad
  • Eager to learn and grow within an international environment
