We're Hiring: Danish-speaking Customer Service Representative

Lokation: Lisbon, Portugal (Onsite)
Start Date: 10 July 2025
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 07:00 19:00 (rotational shifts, including bank holidays)
Days Off: Weekends
Contract Type: Full-time
Compensation: Base salary + performance bonus
ReLokation Support Provided

Are you fluent in Danish and ready for a new challenge in one of Europes most exciting cities? Join our customer service team in Lisbon and enjoy a dynamic, supportive environment, with full training, reLokation support, and performance-based bonuses.

What You'll Do
  • Support Danish-speaking customers via phone, email, or chat
  • Resolve inquiries efficiently and provide accurate information
  • Deliver a positive customer experience with empathy and professionalism
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve service quality
What Are We Looking For
  • Fluency in Danish with Good level of English for training and internal communication
  • Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus
  • Willingness to relocate and work onsite in Lisbon (EU citizenship or valid work permit required)
