Education Coordinator

The Estée Lauder Companies are currently seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic individual to join our team as a Nordic Education Coordinator. • Acting as the primary contact for Nordic and EMEA brands.
• Supporting training materials for eLearning and in-store training.
• Producing relevant material for training programs.
• Handling training programs provided by brands for trainers.
• Sharing new product information with trainers and staff.
• Testing e-learning platforms and iPads.
• Forecasting uniforms and Test&Try products for staff.

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Strong Danish, Swedish or Norwegian skills and as well strong English skills (both written and oral).
• Good understanding of the Nordic languages.
• Strong communication and planning skills are essential.
• Digital savvy - where AI are you go to.
• Maintain standards of honesty and integrity.
• Smoothly handles multiple demands, shifting priorities, and rapid change.
• Working within a fast-paced matrix team environment.

You will be an essential part of connecting our brands and ensuring the right training materials for the training team working across all four Nordic countries. Your positive and proactive attitude, flexibility, creativity, helpfulness, and service-oriented mindset will make the day so much easier for the training team. Being a strong networker with both internal and external stakeholders is crucial.

You will join a dynamic and passionate Nordic education team of three people, working from our Nordic head office in Carlsberg Byen, Denmark.
