Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Manager to lead the Customer Pulse initiative and enhance our Integrated Commercial Planning, ensuring partner satisfaction and driving operational excellence across the LEGO Group globallyCore Responsibilities

Play your part in our team succeedingThe Commercial Planning Management department is part of our Global Commercial Development function. We collaborate with global stakeholders in marketing, product development, and finance to establish annual plans, which we then implement across regional and local markets, key accounts, and our D2C LEGO Retail business. We continuously monitor commercial performance against these plans, coordinate corrective actions, activate response strategies, and assess customer satisfaction through regular Customer Pulse surveys.
Acting as a vital link, we connect various subject matter experts in performance marketing, revenue management, pricing, portfolio deployment, and channel & sales management.
Do you have what it takes?The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field of education, and proven track record in commercial, financial, or planning roles from sophisticated global matrix organization, together with proven expertise in setting up sales processes and governance practices.
