Account Executive (Sweden) at CyberPilot – Be Part of Our Expansion Into Sweden?

We are market leaders in Denmark and now we want to expand our efforts in Sweden. To really kick things off, we need an Account Executive who’s ready to take charge and grow our sales - If you’re fluent in Swedish and ready to play a key role in establishing our presence in Sweden, this job is made for you.

The role

In the beginning, you’ll do it all yourself: finding the right companies, booking meetings, and closing deals. It’s the best way to learn about the market and our customers. As we grow, our SDR and marketing team will take over the top of the funnel, and your role will shift into a more classic Account Executive position. Translation: you’ll spend more time closing and less time dialing.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Identifying and reaching out to potential customers – both through outbound prospecting and inbound leads
  • Building and nurturing strong, long-term relationships with clients
  • Managing both quick wins and larger and more complex negotiations
  • Taking ownership of your own accounts and helping to shape our sales strategy with the team
  • Working closely with marketing and Customer Success to deliver the best possible customer experience
  • Sharing customer feedback with our product and marketing teams to keep improving what we do

The team you’ll join

We’re a sales team of 11, and we’re always trying to improve. Every week we meet to share tips, tricks, wins, and even mistakes. We don’t do secret sales tricks or step on each other’s toes. We just share ideas and get better together.

And when we say you’ll be joining an interesting team, we mean it. Among us you’ll find:

  • a former Danish 5,000-meter champion
  • an ex-car salesman who could probably sell a Citroën Berlingo in his sleep
  • a one-time Beverly Hills resident who used to live next to Brad Pitt
  • an experienced meeting booker
  • a former professional poker player

We are looking for a person who are:

  • Lives in Denmark
  • Speak and write Swedish fluently
  • Outgoing and motivated by results
  • Experienced (1–5 years of B2B sales experience)
  • Strong ability to understand customer needs and tailor your approach
  • Structured and persistent – you don’t stop at a “no,” you find new ways forward
  • Honest and relationship-driven – we believe trust and authenticity sell better than tricks
  • “A doer” who gets things moving – whether it is by rolling up your sleeves or asking for help
