Job DescriptionJoin the Team Supporting One of the World's Largest Delivery NetworksUPS is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Automotive Team Leader to lead our workshop in Glostrup, supporting fleet maintenance across Glostrup, Vejle, Aarhus, and Malmö.

This is a hands‑on leadership role in a dynamic environment where safety, compliance, and teamwork are essential.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of 6 mechanics and ensure smooth daily workshop operations.
• Plan and schedule work to secure timely, safe, and compliant vehicle maintenance across all Lokations.
• Oversee safety, quality, and regulatory compliance through regular checks and follow‑up actions.
• Monitor fleet condition, downtime, and maintenance needs and assign tasks to the appropriate technicians.
• Review and approve maintenance documentation, reports, and supplier invoices.
• Manage parts ordering, budget oversight, and coordination with external service providers.
• Collaborate closely with Operations and maintain strong communication across all sites.

Some travelling will be expected in regards to the job.

What You Bring

• Experience with commercial vehicles and supervising technical teams.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• A positive, flexible, and proactive attitude.
• Basic IT skills: Outlook, Teams, Excel, and the Microsoft Office suite.
• Fluent English (spoken and written), Danish fluency is an advantage.
• B‑driving license required, C‑license is an advantage.
