Are you passionate about ethics, responsibility, and doing the right thing in business? Join our team as a student and gain hands‑on experience with real‑world challenges in compliance, integrity, and responsible decision‑making.

We are facing an exciting future with considerable growth and demanding changes, as we deliver advanced technologies and mission critical solutions for the defense and aerospace industry. Our systems provide security for people on land, at sea and in the air. We are currently looking for a Business Ethics Student to support our compliance efforts and contribute to our overall purpose – securing people through advanced technology.

Your role in our team

As our new Business Ethics Student, you will be part of a small, dedicated team in the Sustainability, ESG and Business Ethics Department. We are responsible for our sustainability strategy, Code of Conduct, anti‑corruption and human rights work, due diligence and reporting channels.

You will therefore work with a wide variety of stakeholders and compliance matters across the global organization.

How you will make a meaningful contribution

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting due diligence within anti‑corruption, human rights, and the environment. You will make extensive internet, database, and media search on companies and individuals, and compile the findings into due diligence reports.
  • Assist with ad‑hoc compliance tasks.
Qualifications

You are fluent in English both in writing and verbal at a professional level. Danish is an advantage but not a requirement.

  • You are currently taking your master’s degree within political science, risk management, human rights and law, business administration or similar fields.
  • You are interested in world events and are up to date with geopolitical situations.

As a person, you are structured in your approach, excel in research and presenting complex issues into communicable and tangible findings. You are thorough, independent, and have a systematic approach enabling you to maintain an overview of numerous tasks at a time. You are methodical, precise and detail oriented.

Security Clearance

Bear in mind that we need you to confirm that you can obtain a security clearance by the Danish Defense Intelligence Service, and that all adults in your household are not posing any risk to the related risk‑evaluation. This entails among other issues:

  • That you have as a minimum stayed within NATO/EU/MISSING countries for the Sidste 7 years only interrupted by short stays abroad.
  • That you have not committed serious criminal offences.

We encourage all individuals to apply for our job openings, as we are dedicated to fostering a diverse, equitable, inclusive, and welcoming workplace. Our commitment to these DEIB principles means we value and celebrate the unique backgrounds, perspectives, and experiences of each team member. We strive to ensure that every employee has equal opportunities to succeed, feels respected and valued, and experiences a strong sense of belonging within our organization.
