Here is what the job entails
As a Commercial Transformation Consultant in Sales Excellence, you will be responsible for shaping and advancing our global commercial transformation agenda, ensuring strategic clarity, prioritization, and alignment across markets. You will drive the global implementation of our defined strategy program, ensuring seamless execution and effective project management across markets. A key part of your role will be to ensure that strategic priorities are embedded locally, supported by strong governance, and translated into measurable commercial impact. You will identify strategic gaps and refine local priorities accordingly.

You will collaborate closely with local teams, provide commercial sparring, foster cross-functional collaboration, and ensure that our strategic direction is both understood and executed throughout the organization. You will also identify and address strategic gaps and help refine local priorities where needed.

More specifically, you will be:

  • Translating commercial strategy into clear local roadmaps and actionable market plans
  • Developing and implementing structured market-entry frameworks and playbooks to enable scalable and consistent strategy rollout
  • Driving disciplined execution of strategic priorities, securing governance, milestones, KPIs, and measurable impact
  • Supporting and challenging local management teams to strengthen strategy execution and ensure initiatives stay on track
  • Preparing high-quality decision materials and executive presentations that enable effective strategic steering

We are looking for are a strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and solid project management capabilities—someone who can turn plans into actions and follow them through. You are a strong finisher who excels at driving structured execution, following through on commitments, and ensuring strategic initiatives are fully embedded. You thrive in complex matrix organizations, build trust across all levels, drive change management and create results through collaboration.

We are looking for a strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and solid project management capabilities—someone who can turn plans into actions and follow them through. You are a strong finisher who excels at driving structured execution, honouring commitments, and ensuring that strategic initiatives are fully embedded. You thrive in complex matrix organizations, build trust across all levels, drive change management, and create results through collaboration.

In order to succeed, we imagine that you:

  • Have a minimum of 5 years' experience in consulting, strategy implementation, business development, or commercial excellence
  • Hold a relevant master's degree in business management (e.g., Business Administration, Cand.Merc., or similar)
  • Bring strong commercial acumen and documented experience in strategy implementation and project management
  • Demonstrate strong strategic thinking, excellent stakeholder management, and solid change management skills
  • Are proactive, structured, and results-oriented, with the ability to deliver through others

As we are an international organization it is important that you are fluent in English and Danish.
