The Role

As a Dyson Customer Expert, you won't just be answering questions—you'll be delivering a luxury customer experience.

You will:

  • Be the Expert: Assist Danish customers via inbound calls, email, and chat with everything from sales inquiries and order tracking to product troubleshooting.
  • Get Hands-on in the Dyson Lab: Our on-premises office features a high-tech 'Product Lab' fully stocked with the latest Dyson tech, allowing you to test, play with, and master the appliances Førstehand.
  • Guide the Journey: Help customers find the perfect upgrade for their homes or hair routines, turning standard customer service into a premium experience.
Requirements
  • Your Danish is top-tier: You have a flawless command of the Danish language, strictly at a C1 level or higher.
  • Your English is fluent: You will use English for your training, internal systems, and global team communication.
  • You have some experience: You have customer service experience under your belt and feel comfortable handling diverse customer scenarios.
  • You love technology: You have an affinity for tech, can multitask efficiently, and easily navigate multiple browser tabs and virtual systems.
