You'll be part of the Danish Team, working closely with your Team Leader and cross‑functional departments like Payments and Collections. Your work sits right at the heart of the customer journey.

Responsibilities
  • Guide customers through onboarding and ensure documentation is handled correctly
  • Support customers via phone, email and SMS with clear and professional communication
  • Provide accurate information about financial products, services and payments
  • Work actively with sales strategies. Not pushy selling, but smart, structured customer engagement
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth and transparent processes
  • Help maintain a high‑quality customer experience while staying compliant with regulations and Virksomhed policies

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
