This Stilling plays a key role in supporting Nordic businesses as they scale their digital presence through Google Ads and advanced PPC solutions. You will work directly with high-potential clientsguiding them through onboarding, campaign setup, and ongoing optimizationwhile strengthening long-term partnerships and delivering measurable performance growth.

Your Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to onboard new clients and create high-performing Google Ads campaigns
• Make outbound calls to promote digital solutions and close sales opportunities
• Identify customer goals and build tailored advertising strategies
• Drive product adoption, increase account spend, and manage upselling
• Analyze campaign performance and support long-term digital strategies
• Maintain accurate CRM records and handle a high volume of client interactions
• Collaborate closely with the Nordic market to support business growth

Requirements

• C2 Danish + C1 English
• At least 20 months of experience in sales and/or marketing
• Bachelors degree (Marketing/Communications preferred) or equivalent experience
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Experience with CRM systems and customer data management
• Comfort using AI tools to improve productivity
• Analytical, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
