• General coordination of the campaigns and projects run by the EU Marketing team in the French, Dutch, Spanish, and Swedish markets (project management)
• Coordination with support teams (Localisation, Design, Digital, Content…)
• Support Country Managers in setting up marketing campaigns (automation workflows, Salesforce)
• Support with event administration and execution
• General marketing administration

• Fluent spoken and written English, and proficiency in one of our EU marketing languages, is a plus.
• Completing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Project Management or a related field
• Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects at the same time
• Strong organizational & time-management skills, and a pro‑active hands‑on approach
• Experience with a CRM solution (preferably Salesforce) and/or Marketing Automation (SFMC, Hubspot…) is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to work in a cross‑functional team environment
