The organisation is intentionally lean, with short decision paths and a strong focus on ownership and trust. Engineers work close to customers, take responsibility for their own projects and have a high degree of influence on both technical solutions and ways of working.

The Virksomhed has a solid order pipeline, long-term customer relationships and several new projects in progress.

The role

We are looking for a skilledEmbedded Software Engineerwho enjoys working close to hardware and real-world systems. You will work on solutions whereembedded software, electronics and process controlcome together, often in close dialogue with the customer.

The role can be structured as eitherpermanent employment or consultancy, depending on your experience and preference.

Key responsibilities

• Develop embedded software in C and C++
• Work with process control and regulation
• Interface with motors, sensors and hardware
• Participate in system design, debugging and troubleshooting
• Work directly with customers when required
• Take ownership of your own projects and deliveries

Typical split:

• ~70% embedded software
• ~30% process control / regulation

Your profile

• Engineering degree in software, electronics or similar
• Strong experience with embedded software development
• Solid skills in C and C++
• Experience with process control or regulated systems
• Comfortable working close to hardware
• Confident working independently and with customers
• Proactive and responsible mindset
• Fluent in Danish (required)
• Experience from a consultancy environment is a plus

Team & setup

• Small senior engineering team with close collaboration
• Typically one main engineer per customer project
• Projects all over Danmark
• Open to candidates based elsewhere in Danmark, including Copenhagen
