The physical workplace will be in Esbjerg, Danmark – or potentially from our showroom in Helsinki Fashion Center, Finland, for the right candidate.**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES*** **Customer Support & Order Management** + Manage complete order process for Finnish customers from start to finish + Assist wholesale clients via phone and email communications + Ensure seamless customer experience through proactive communication* **Sales & Distribution Coordination** + Support Finnish Sales Representatives with daily operations and trade fair activities + Coordinate priorities with European distribution center for efficient picking, packing, and shipping + Serve as central communication hub between multiple departments* **Language & Administrative Support** + Provide Finnish-language support across various Virksomhed departments + Handle diverse ad hoc projects that support business operations + Assist other Scandinavian markets as needed**WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR*** **Required Qualifications** + Fluency in Finnish (essential) and English.
