Key Information
The Global Graduate Program is a two‑year program designed to shape your entire career. Upon completion, you will have the opportunity to continue with the Virksomhed in a full‑time role. Graduate Stillings are available for the Operations track within Supply Chain, Quality and Production in Danmark, Finland, Romania and Norge.

What to Expect from the Operations Track with focus on QualityDuring the Første year you will work in our Horsens bakery and later in Danmark you will deepen your impact across Site Quality and Central Quality, shaping how we work with customers, suppliers, and food safety standards. In the second year you will rotate to Norge, where you will manage product data, quality documentation, support audits and inspections, drive continuous improvements, and collaborate closely with internal and external partners.
