We're looking for a proactive HR Coordinator to join our HR team during a maternity leave cover and help deliver a world‑class employee experience from day one at Unibake. This Is What You Will Do Ensure a seamless pre-, on- and offboarding process in close collaboration with managers, including onboarding surveys. Respond to employee and manager HR admin inquiries. Maintain core people data and keep systems updated incl. training registration (e.g. Global HR System) and support monthly HR KPI reporting. Keep our HR information and Employee Handbook up to date on the Intranet and update managers and employees on an ongoing basis Provide administrative support on international assignments (visas, A1, settling-in, tax support). Relevant vocational education or equivalent, combined with hands‑on experience in HR administration. Experience from an international organization, with confidence using HR systems, MS Office, and modern tools such as AI and Copilot. Exposure to international mobility and/or digital learning or e‑learning initiatives is an advantage. Structured, proactive, and curious, with a natural ability to interact respectfully at all levels and create a welcoming experience for our new employees. Clear and confident communicator in English, both written and spoken. Service‑minded with a positive, can‑do attitude, and comfortable juggling tasks and shifting priorities.
