What You’ll Be Doing

As an on‑call team member, no two shifts will be the same. You will step in during our busiest periods to keep the kitchen engine running smoothly. Your main tasks will include:

  • Maintaining Flow: Working closely with the head chef and service team to ensure food is served quickly and beautifully, even during peak hours.
  • Kitchen Care: Keeping your station clean, organized, and compliant with all food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Being a Team Player: Jumping in where needed with a positive, can‑do attitude to support your kitchen crew.
Who You Are
