Kolding Children's College is looking for volunteer teachers for "Felt and Fantasy" Do you enjoy creative projects, crafts and immersion?

At Felt and Imagination, children work with needle felting and creative projects where wool, imagination and craftsmanship come together. Together we create animals, fantasy creatures and unique figures, while having fun and immersing ourselves in the process.

The course is held on Thursdays from 4:15 PM to 6:45 PM for 10 weeks (from September 17 to November 26, 2026 – break in week 42).

Kolding Children's College is a creative and present community for children, where play, curiosity and a college atmosphere go hand in hand. Here there is room for imagination, immersion and new communities – for both children and volunteers.

We are looking for you who:

• Want to be creative with children (1st-5th grade)
• Can inspire reflection, imagination and creative joy
• Wants to join a community with other volunteers
• Think it is meaningful to give children the courage to create with their hands

You don't need to have experience with needle felting or be super creative. The desire to learn and create with the children is most important.

As a volunteer teacher, you will have the opportunity to:

• Become part of a small and friendly team with other volunteers and the children on the team
• Create fun, creative and educational experiences with the children
• Get support, ideas and sparring for activities and planning
• Experience the college community with singing, presence and good relationships

We expect you to:

• Participate in the introductory evening before the start of the course
• Want to participate in planning and implementation together with the team
• Contribute to a safe, curious and playful environment for the children
