Are you a relationship builder with a passion for driving growth?

Management Events is seeking Key Client Managers and Network Growth Managers to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our network of high-level decision-makers.

In This Role, You Will
  • Identify and engage with high-level decision-makers in your target market.
  • Initiate contact with C-level Executives by phone and on LinkedIn to excite them about our concept.
  • Demonstrate the value of our service and convince them to become part of our exclusive business network in personal scheduled video call meetings.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with C-level executives.
  • Learn more about their interests, investment plans and upcoming projects.
  • Develop and execute strategies to expand our network and build valuable relationships, by knowing your customer’s key challenges and focus areas.
  • Contribute to the overall growth and success of Management Events.
What We’re Looking For
  • 1–2 years of client‑facing experience in a commercial or B2B environment.
  • Previous experience with cold calling and building business relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong business acumen and a results‑oriented mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
  • Passion for connecting with key industry players and driving business growth.
  • Proactive and persistent approach to reaching new clients and overcoming challenges.
  • Fluency in Danish and English.

Recruitment Process
