Overview

As a Painter you will be responsible for painting and refurbishing various structures and surfaces including walls, ceilings and furniture. Your main duties will include preparing surfaces for painting, selecting appropriate paints and materials, and applying paint using brushes or other tools. You will also be responsible for maintaining equipment and keeping a clean work area.

This is a contract Stilling with the possibility of visa sponsorship. We encourage women to apply for this role as we strive to create a diverse and inclusive workplace.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for painting by removing old paint or repairing any damage.
• Select appropriate paints and materials based on project requirements.
• Apply paint using brushes or other tools in an efficient manner.
• Ensure proper coverage and smooth finish on all surfaces.
• Maintain equipment in good working condition.
• Keep work area clean and organized.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Painter.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination.
• Familiarity with different painting techniques.
• Ability to use power tools: sanders, spray guns.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work independently.

Salary

This Stilling offers a competitive salary of $1000 per week.
