About the jobAs TDC NET's new Penetration Tester, your primary mission is to improve the security of Danmark's critical digital infrastructure through adversarial testing across a broad range of technologies.
Your work will span multiple technical domains, including complex web applications, Active Directory environments, hardware and CPE security, mobile networks, AI systems, and cloud infrastructure. You will collaborate with engineers, platform owners, and security stakeholders to translate findings into lasting security improvements.
Beyond delivery, you will also contribute to the team's culture and external engagement through research and community activities—such as helping organize the yearly TDC NET CTF for the Danish community, participating in conferences and training events.
More than just finding vulnerabilities, you'll guide teams through attacker thinking, help them prioritize what matters most, and play a key role in raising TDC NET's overall security maturity.

You will be joining a focused team of 5 full-time penetration testers—specialists who work side by side, learn from each other, and take on security challenges spanning a broad range of systems, platforms, and technologies.
