Opportunity At ILIAS Solutions, we deliver cutting-edge software that supports the full spectrum of military logistics and maintenance, with a strong focus on aviation. We’re looking for a Project manager to help implement our platform across allied Air Forces , with additional i mplementation opportunities in the navy. The project manager (PM) has the overall responsibility for successful delivery of solution implementation projects. The project manager fully airs the solution, the why and what and assures passionately that the promised solution is what is delivered. The PM is the Single Point of Contact both internally and externally for customer projects. Is willing to work worldwide on projects. Note: All projects are conducted on client premises , working directly with military personnel to ensure seamless integration and mission alignment. This Stilling requires eligibility for a security clearance Your mission Assists in the definition of the project vision, objectives, scope, Levels of Capabilities (LOCs), preferably before the contract is awarded. Ensures definition, monitoring and documentation of the project (detailed project plan, milestones, and resource plan), involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring functional and technical feasibility. Pitches the essence (why) on the solution of the project to the project team and stakeholders, while managing the overall change process implicated by the project. Is the driver to successfully deliver the project and coaches the project team (combined ILIAS and customer team) to achieve and communicate the desired results.
