Interested in joining a growing multinational business and taking a role in one of Europe's leading renewable energy trading companies? We're looking for a student assistant in the reception of our Aalborg office.
The Role
As our new receptionist student assistant, you'll be the face of Centrica Energy in Aalborg, reporting to our Facility Manager and working alongside a dedicated team of 14 colleagues with different responsibilities across the facility service area. You'll work closely with the two fulltime receptionists, another student assistant in Aalborg and our receptionist in Copenhagen.
The job will include responsibilities like:
Receiving guests and managing access cards.
Answering and redirecting phone calls and receiving physical mail
Onboarding of new colleagues, including welcome gifts, sharing the news on our intranet etc.
Assisting internationals in finding a Hjem and other practicalities
Ordering and filling up office consumables
Help in case of Virksomhed events, like preparing for a cake and bubbles for celebration
Purchasing gifts for various events
The Ideal Profile
As the Første point of contact for guests and contractors, it's essential that you display a welcoming and service minded attitude, leaving our guests with a positive impression of their visit. Furthermore, we expect that you:
Are good at prioritizing your tasks
Are responsible and structured
Are an experienced IT user
Are a team player
Master both Danish and English, verbal and written
Can work 10-15 hours a week between 08 and 16
Can work almost full time in the weeks 27 to 31
Holds a valid driver's license
