We are looking for a dedicated Responsible Engineer, who shares our passion, drive, and energy – what we call Genki – to join a team of highly skilled and experienced colleagues at our production site in Hillerød, supporting cross site.

You can look forward to becoming part of a newly formed small but knowledgeable team consisting of three engineers.We collaborate with a diverse number of stakeholders including Engineering, QC, MSAT Instrumentation & control and Manufacturing. We provide technical and hands-on support for Small Equipment where quality and customer care are paramount.

As a Responsible Engineer, you play a critical role in supporting production upstream and downstream process equipment and ensuring reliable and robust operations.

Your Responsibilities

• Compliance Assurance: Manage the timely closure of RAR on small equipment, coordinating with SME departments to meet regulatory and operational standards.
• Plan and execute onboarding of new simple equipment to optimize utilization and facilitate smooth transitions within FLBD systems.
• Support production with job plans, instructions, and installation of simple equipment.
• Establish life cycle management processes for equipment, ensuring proper maintenance, calibration, and replacement strategies are in place.
• Support new projects with installation of equipment.
• Shopfloor support in the production for simple equipment

Desired Competencies

• Bachelor's Degree or similar from chemical industry, food industry, pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
• 3+ years of experience as equipment management, operations support, or a similar field
• Knowledge of equipment selection, specification, installation, qualification, and life cycle management practices.
• Experience from the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry is preferred
• Strong understanding of instrumentation design, installation, and maintenance

About The Team And Department
The simple Engineering Team consists of two responsible engineers and an operational engineer. Who provides instrument and equipment support for production equipment. We are part of Technical Engineering and Maintenance. We collaborate with our colleagues in metrology and instrumentation, Production, Calibrations teams, Quality control, process science, and process Engineers to ensure the correct solutions. We support the daily operations by providing new equipment, delivering on time, ensuring timely closure of RAR and help implementing a robust system for simple equipment in Fujifilm.

We excel at creating robust systems and ensuring we meet deadlines to comply with regulations. We achieve our goals by supporting each other.
