Are you an experienced Responsible Person (RP) with a strong background in GDP and Quality Management Systems -and do you live in Polen? Do you want to play a key role in establishing new operations and ensuring compliance in a growing international pharmaceutical Virksomhed?If so, this could be your Næste career move.The opportunityWe are looking for aResponsible Person (RP)to join our QA team and support the establishment of Abacus Medicine Polen. In this critical role, you will be responsible for implementing a local Quality Management System (QMS), obtaining a Wholesaler Distribution Authorisation (WDA), and ensuring compliance with both EU and local GDP regulations.

You will work closely with our international QA colleagues and business partners, and you will act as a subject matter expert (SME) in GDP-related matters. The Stilling is based in Polen and offers flexibility to work remotely. Some travel (approx. 2 days per quarter) may be required.

We Would Like You ToIn this role, you will take full responsibility for ensuring that Abacus Medicine Polen is inspection-ready, compliant, and set up for long-term success. Your tasks will cover both strategic and hands-on elements, such as:

• Acting as the Responsible Person (RP) for Abacus Medicine Polen
• Establishing and implementing the local Quality Management System (QMS)
• Maintaining the Wholesaler Distribution Authorisation (WDA) and ensuring ongoing GDP compliance
• Overseeing and qualifying a Third-Party Logistics (3PL) provider
• Preparing for and supporting authority inspections

You will also contribute actively to our international QA community by:

• Participating in QA meetings and serving as a GDP subject matter expert
• Driving quality excellence and continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborating closely with colleagues and stakeholders across borders

About You, Our New ColleagueWe are looking for a highly skilled professional who combines technical expertise with a collaborative and business-minded approach. Ideally, you bring:

• 5+ years of experience as a Responsible Person or Deputy within the pharmaceutical industry
• Formal qualification to act as RP and/or Deputy
• A Master's degree in pharmacy, chemistry, or a related field
• In-depth knowledge of local GDP regulations and EU GDP guidelines (GMP knowledge is an advantage)
• Proven experience in setting up new wholesale licenses

In addition, you will thrive in this role if you:

• Communicate fluently in English and local language (other European languages are a plus)
• Work permit in Polen
• Are culturally aware and confident working in an international environment
• Bring a proactive, problem-solving mindset with a strong business sense
• Enjoy working independently, but also value teamwork, agility, and cross-border collaboration
