Join Columbus Denmark, where your impact matters, your growth is supported, and your success is rewarded!? Location: Ballerup | Permanent, Full-timeAs Senior Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in expanding Columbus Denmark’s customer base and strengthening our market position. You will own the entire sales cycle, from opportunity development to closing complex, high-value deals, while working closely with consulting and delivery teams to ensure customer success.Key ResponsibilitiesThis role is centered on building strategic relationships with mid and large market clients, generating new business, and driving growth across our Dynamics 365 and digital transformation services. Furthermore, you will:
  • Drive sales and development of managed service agreements (Evolve) with a focus on creating long-term value and strong customer relationships
  • Own and drive the full sales cycle from pipeline development to contract closure
  • Build and expand strategic relationships with clients and C-level stakeholders
  • Lead consultative discovery sessions and deliver compelling value-based presentations
  • Collaborating with presales, solution architects, and delivery leads to shape winning proposals
  • Negotiate complex contracts and drive long-term value creation for customers
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline management in CRM (Dynamics 365 Sales)
  • Act as a trusted advisor, representing Columbus’ expertise within Microsoft Dynamics 365 and digital transformation
Qualifications & ExperienceYou bring 5+ years of experience in enterprise B2B sales, preferably within IT consulting, ERP, or SaaS, and a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong consultative selling skills and the ability to communicate complex solutions in a simple way
  • Experience engaging with decision-makers and C-level stakeholders
  • Strategic mindset with strong execution skills and commercial acumen
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (Dynamics 365 Sales, Salesforce, or similar)
  • Commercially driven, ambitious sales professional who excels in B2B environments
  • Fluent in Danish and English, both spoken and written
