Fixed term part‑time Stilling 1 Sep 2026 – 31 Dec 2026 (2 hours per week, 22 hours total). ID: 20478

We are looking for a dedicated and academically strong student instructor to support fellow history students working independently on digital projects in relevant courses such as Kildenært emne or BA-projects. The support will take place through a Hacky Hour Study Café in the library (2 hours a week). The Hacky Hour Study Café is meant to support the use of tools introduced in DAM in other courses and student projects.

Employment period: 1 September – 31 December 2026.

Responsibilities

• Help students contextualize and apply the tools introduced in DAM to new projects.
• Assist with troubleshooting their machines and support their understanding of core concepts.
• Guide students in working on their own project.
• Demonstrate best practices and foster the development of computational thinking.
• In short: “Teach students how to fish – and occasionally hand out a free fish.”

• Are interested in teaching and motivated to help others understand complex topics.
• Are patient, approachable, and able to communicate technical material in an accessible way.
