What You’ll Do

• Drive new business:Prospect, engage, and close deals with app publishers, founders, product and monetization leads across Europe.
• Full sales cycle ownership:Lead opportunities end-to-end, from initial outreach through demos, negotiations, and closing.
• Conference presence:Identify and attend1–2 key conferences per monthacross Europe (e.g. App Promotion Summit, Mobile Growth Summit, Dmexco) to represent Superwall, build pipeline, and network with industry leaders.
• Educate the market:Show how Superwall’spaywall experimentation, analytics, and subscription managementtools give apps a competitive edge.
• Collaborate:Partner with leadership, marketing, and product teams to refine our EU go-to-market playbook.
• Territory strategy:Build a repeatable process for scaling adoption in the EU market.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of SaaS or mobile adtech/martech sales experience.
• Familiarity with the mobile app ecosystem (consumer apps, subscriptions, in-app purchases).
• Proven record of hitting or exceeding quota.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, with confidence at industry events and in meetings with senior stakeholders.
• Comfortable with frequent travel (25–35% of time across Europe).
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
