Tria have partnered with a global leader in Sports Technology to hire a Head of Customer Success. This is a key leadership role within the business and presents a fantastic opportunity to further grow the customer success and Account Management department for the business globally.

As part of this brand-new role, you will be responsible for leading a customer success team based across different location in Europe and N.America. You will be responsible for leading and co- coordinating the activity of the global team of customer success managers.

You will also be responsible for instilling standardised ways of working and processes across the team.

The company are looking for people with the following skills/experience:

  • Good experience of account management/customer success and development.
  • Experience working with Elite sports organisations.
  • Data analysis skills and experience.
  • Experience working across international business environments.
  • Experience leading Customer Success/Account Management teams.
  • Language skills (Spanish preferable)

The position is fully remote and can be based anywhere in the EU. This is a great opportunity to join a global market leader in sports technology.
