We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide support to our leadership team. As an Administrative Assistant you will perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, and this role offers many advancement opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Perform a variety of administrative duties
Answer emails and phone calls
Provide real‑time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts
Create content to post on Virksomhed’s Social Media Channels
Prepare presentations according to instructions given
Make travel arrangements, including booking flights, cars, hotels, and restaurant reservations
Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e‑mail, and mail
Anticipate the needs of others to ensure their seamless and positive experience
Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
Qualifications
1 year of experience preferred
High School Diploma or equivalent
Exceptional time‑management skills and ability to multi‑task and prioritize work
Strong attention to detail
Excellent organizational and planning skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint
Have a wired, high‑speed internet connection (Download speed of 20Mbps+)
Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words per minute)

Must be authorized to work in the Land where the job is based.
Background & Security
Must be willing to submit up to a Level II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint. Job offers are contingent on background/security investigation results.

Compensation & Benefits
Starting compensation is based on experience.
HMO Coverage plus a dependent, with coverage tiers of ₱100,000 for rank & file and ₱120,000 for supervisors/ managers.

Additional Information
This job operates in a professional office environment. The employee will be largely sedentary and required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will regularly operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer. The employee may occasionally be required to move about the office, reaching in any direction; raising or lowering objects; moving objects from place to place; and moving or exerting force up to forty (40) pounds.
