About the Role

As CTO, you will serve as the company’s technology leader and visionary, guiding both strategy and execution. Key Responsibilities

• Shape and communicate the company’s technology vision, strategy, and long-term roadmap.
• Oversee the design, development, and scaling of software products, ensuring reliability, performance, and security.
• Inspire and lead high-performing engineering and technology teams across international markets.
• Stay ahead of emerging technologies and integrate best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
• Partner with the C-suite to align technology initiatives with business goals and market opportunities.
• Establish robust processes for software development, architecture, DevOps, and data security.
• Manage budgets, resources, and vendor partnerships to ensure efficient and impactful delivery.
• Safeguard compliance with global standards for data protection, cybersecurity, and regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
• 12+ years of progressive experience in technology leadership roles, ideally as a CTO, VP of Engineering, or equivalent within a software company.
• Strong expertise in software architecture, cloud infrastructure, and product development.
• Proven track record of scaling teams and systems in high-growth, international environments.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire, mentor, and drive collaboration.
• Strategic thinker with excellent communication and decision-making abilities.
• Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are an advantage.
