Join the LEGO® Group’s Play Discovery team within the Creative Play Lab for a Paid Internship at our Head Quarters in Billund, Danmark!

Your time with us will span personal curiosity projects, team capability‑building initiatives, and innovation missions. Every day is different and you’ll learn directly from a world‑class multidisciplinary team as you build your craft, embracing ambiguity as you discover new play experiences.
Meet the Concept Model Building Exploration teamThe Concept Model Building Exploration team works with existing LEGO® elements (classic, technic, and DUPLO) to create concept models. They integrate mechanisms and new digital and physical inventions into their designs to explore the future play potential of interactive LEGO® models.
Internship EligibilityTo qualify for this internship opportunity, you must meet all of the following criteria: (1) You will be a student for the full duration of the internship period; (2) You are currently due to graduate after 31st December 2026; (3) You will not be requesting a delayed graduation date to qualify for this internship; (4) This internship will contribute quantitatively towards your course credit and is a compulsory part of your education; (5) You are available to undertake this internship contract starting from 1st September 2026 and ending on 31st December 2026 in Billund, Danmark.

ResponsibilitiesWork with a multidisciplinary team to ideate and conceptualise the future of LEGO® toys for children and adults. Bring enthusiasm, energy and experience to collaborative design, concept development, prototyping and constructive feedback.
