About the Role

As our Customer Service & Data Manager, you will oversee the entire Order‑to‑Cash cycle for our Dermo Cosmetics Brands in Nordic region and take ownership of master data management across systems. Your work will directly impact on customer satisfaction, data reliability, and operational efficiency.
This is a key role within the Nordic Operations team, offering autonomy, variety, and strong collaboration across departments.

What You'll Do

Customer Service & Order Management

  • Manage daily sales orders (incl. campaign orders)
  • Oversee invoicing, month‑end closing & backorders
  • Act as main point of contact for customers & internal teams
  • Handle complaints, returns & invoice corrections

Data Management

  • Maintain product codes, pricing, assortments & customer master data
  • Coordinate annual price updates
  • Ensure data consistency & perform quality checks
  • Provide reporting, dashboards & data analyses

Projects & Support

  • Contribute to improvement projects and audits
  • Create internal guidelines & documentation
  • Support IT coordination and provide team back‑up when needed
Who you are ?

What You Bring

  • Degree in Business Admin, Supply Chain, Data Management or similar
  • 2–5 years of experience in Customer Service and/or Master Data
  • Strong Excel & ERP experience (Dynamics; SAP is a plus)
  • Detail‑oriented, proactive & highly organized
  • Fluent in English
  • A collaborative, analytical mindset and strong communication skills

You'll Work Closely With

  • Nordic Operations Manager
  • Planning & Logistics
  • Marketing, Land Managers & KAMs across the Nordics
  • Third part Logistics provider
