We are now looking for a structured, proactive and service-minded Customer Success Coordinator to join our Customer Success team at our headquarters in Lisbjerg, Aarhus N. This is a role for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of customer communication, coordination, and relationship-building — and who takes pride in bridging the gap between the business and the customer.

The Role

Customer Success is at the heart of Rains — a journey we take together, where every interaction is an opportunity to build loyalty and connect with our customers. As our Customer Success Coordinator, you will play a key role in the daily operational handling of customer support activities. Including help ensure efficient workflows, balanced task distribution, and timely, high-quality communication with our customers across channels. Working closely with the Customer Success team, Tech, and Digital Operations, you will support continuous improvements by monitoring performance metrics and contributing data-driven insights. The role offers responsibility, variety, and close collaboration in a fast-paced, digital-Første environment.

Your Responsibilities

Your tasks will include:

  • Handling and responding to customer inquiries across channels with a consistent tone of voice and high service level.
  • Allocating tasks and monitoring ticket queues to ensure balanced workloads, efficient workflows, and timely, high-quality communication with our customers.
  • Tracking, analyzing, and reporting key KPIs such as response times, CSAT, and ticket volumes.
  • Supporting continuous optimization of workflows and processes in collaboration with Tech and Digital Operations.
  • Assisting with onboarding and training of new team members in systems and workflows.
  • Contributing to the ongoing development and maintenance of Rains' tone of voice in customer communication.
  • Supporting internal stakeholders with customer-related insights and operational coordination.

The Stilling is full-time with your workplace being at our beautiful headquarters inLisbjerg, Aarhus N, Danmark.You will report to theTECH Director.

The Ideal Profile

We are looking for someone who is structured, solution-oriented, and enjoy working with both people and systems. You communicate clearly and gently, keep calm in high-volume environments, and take ownership of your tasks. You thrive in a collaborative setup and naturally balance operational execution with a process-oriented mindset.

We imagine that you have:

  • 2–3 years of experience from a customer service or coordination role.
  • Experience working in a ticket-based support system (e.g. Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar).
  • Basic understanding of customer service KPIs and experience with simple reporting in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Danish and English.
  • The ability to handle multiple tasks with structure, accuracy, and calmness.
