Overview

Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for a Danish Speaking Customer Service Agent to work with Booking.com, one of the world\'s leading travel and accommodation platforms. This role allows you to immerse yourself in the dynamic travel industry while living and working in beautiful Grækenland.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support to Danish-speaking clients through various channels including phone, email, and chat


• Assist customers with bookings, inquiries, and issues related to their travel accommodations


• Resolve complaints and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving


• Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for quality assurance


• Stay informed about Booking.com services, promotions, and policies to offer knowledgeable support


• Collaborate closely with team members to enhance the overall customer experience and service quality

Requirements

• Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is an added advantage


• Experience in customer service or support, preferably within the travel or hospitality industry


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for providing excellent customer service


• Ability to resolve issues calmly and efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude


• Proficient in CRM systems and comfortable using standard office software


• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment
