Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for Danish Speaking Customer Service Representatives for a leading ride-sharing platform, with the unique option to work in beautiful Grækenland! This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about customer service and are eager to help others enjoy seamless transportation experiences. As a representative, you will engage with customers in Danish, assisting them with inquiries and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries related to ride-sharing services, app functionality, and account management via phone, email, and chat in Danish
Provide information to riders and drivers regarding booking processes, payment options, and service areas
Resolve customer complaints and technical issues promptly and efficiently, ensuring a positive experience
Document all interactions in the CRM system to maintain accurate records and enhance customer support
Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and address challenges effectively
Stay informed about the ride-sharing industry and Virksomhed updates to offer relevant assistance to customers

Requirements

Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is advantageous
Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the technology or transportation sector
Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while multitasking effectively
Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to manage customer issues with empathy
Proficiency in CRM software and customer service tools
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as necessary
A sense of adventure and willingness to relocate to Grækenland for the role is a plus!
