Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries related to logistics and courier services via phone, email, and live chat in Danish
• Provide information on shipping options, delivery timelines, and pricing
• Assist customers with tracking shipments and resolving any related issues
• Handle customer complaints and queries effectively, ensuring high levels of satisfaction
• Document all customer interactions accurately within the CRM system for efficient follow-up
• Collaborate with logistics teams to streamline operations and enhance customer experience
• Stay informed about industry trends and Virksomhed services to provide relevant support

Requirements

• Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in logistics or courier services
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-oriented approach
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and inquiries effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing situations
• Familiarity with CRM software and logistics management systems is desirable
• Willingness to relocate to Grækenland and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required
