Are you passionate about customer service, coordination, and structured workflows – and do you thrive in an international B2B environment? Then you might be our new Customer Support Coordinator at Actona Group.

As a Customer Support Coordinator, you will play a key role in our Customer Support department and act as an important link between our customers, sales and the entire supply chain such as logistics, warehouse etc. You can expect a varied role with a high level of responsibility, complexity, and many touchpoints.

Your Responsibilities
  • Receiving, creating and processing customer orders
  • Verifying product availability, and pricing
  • Coordinating deliveries in close cooperation with Logistics, Warehouse and Procurement
  • Communication with customers regarding orders, deliveries, products, and other inquiries
  • Providing professional and efficient customer service via email, phone, and other channels
In addition, you will work with:
  • Maintaining and updating customer data, product information, and price lists
  • Structured work in our CRM systems and other relevant systems
  • Preparing reports related to order status, sales activities, and relevant KPIs
Success in the Role
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through fast, professional, and solution-oriented service
  • Process orders efficiently and within agreed deadlines
  • Deliver high accuracy in order handling, data maintenance, and reporting
  • Take ownership and collaborate professionally with colleagues and the Customer Support Manager
  • Have a customer centric mindset, acts quickly, honestly, and responsibly
  • Are proactive in optimizing daily operations whenever possible

Your Profile
  • Have a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Have completed at least a high school education (HHX, STX, HTX, or equivalent)
  • Are fluent in written and spoken German and English; additional language skills are a strong advantage
  • Have a broad commercial understanding and interest in B2B business

  • Structured and able to plan your workday efficiently
  • Service-minded by nature
  • Takes great ownership in delivering professional customer service
  • Independent, proactive, and result-oriented
  • Strong communication skills
