About the role:

A leading global medical device Virksomhed with global presence is hiring a Global Innovation Product Manager based in Copenhagen.

This is a senior, globally focused product role with ownership of innovation projects, global launches, and the performance of a complex medical device portfolio. You will lead products from early user needs and business cases through to launch and commercial optimisation, working closely with senior stakeholders worldwide.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead global innovation projects as the commercial owner, from user needs and business cases through to launch.
• Own global product strategy, roadmaps, and lifecycle management for a complex medical device portfolio.
• Drive global product launches, including go-to-market execution with commercial teams.
• Take full ownership of portfolio performance, including financial results and pricing strategy.
• Present strategy, progress, and results to senior stakeholders, including VP level.
• Work cross-functionally with R&D, regulatory, and commercial teams worldwide.

What we are looking for:

• 6+ years of experience in global product management or product marketing within medical devices, life sciences or similar industry.
• Proven experience leading products from concept through global launch and post-launch optimisation.
• Strong upstream experience including voice of customer, user needs definition, and business case development.
• Solid understanding of downstream marketing and go-to-market execution, including Stillinging, segmentation, and launch planning.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to manage financial performance and pricing strategy.
• Clear, confident communicator, comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Technically curious with the ability to understand complex, hardware-based medical device products.
• Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Fluent English is required.
