Our team of highly skilled professionals from Polen and Lithuania is growing, and we are looking to add experienced industrial painter to join us.

Open Stillings: Industrial sandblaster

Start: 02.02.2026 or notify us of your availability.

Lokation: Esbjerg, Danmark - 80 minutes from the German/Danish border.

Duration: The project is initially planned for 2 weeks, with the possibility of extension.

Skills Required

• Painter with experience in spray painting large structures: Minimum 3 years of experience in the relevant Stilling and the ability to communicate in English.

Certificates Required

• Epoxy

Two‑component spray painting of large steel structures.

Work Schedule and Pay

• Day shift: Monday - Saturday 5:00 AM - 5:00 PM, including 1 hour break (0.5 unpaid each day). Saturdays are often worked.
• Overtime Pay: Monday to Thursday you receive overtime pay after 7,5 hours of work completed, Friday is after 7,0 hours of work completed.

Income Day shift

Your net salary every 4 weeks full-time after deducting accommodation costs: 43.481 DKK (~5.656 EUR) **.

Accommodation

VICOS arranges accommodation near the workplace. Single room with internet, kitchen & bathroom - 135 DKK/day (~18 EUR / 78 PLN) - already deducted in net salary example. Please note that the rent has already been deducted in the net salary calculation above.
