Are you looking for a Stilling in which you can set direction and help shape our Virksomhed? If so, then you could be the newest addition to our team as Manager - Finance Business Partnering - Logistics. Be part of the movement – and play your part About the role DFDS operates through two divisions – Logistics and Ferry. In this role, you will lead the central Business Finance team for the Logistics Division and be responsible for how financial performance is measured, steered, and improved across a rapidly growing European logistics business. You will report into the Divisional CFO Logistics, who reports directly to the Group CFO. The central Business Finance team holds ownership of all core financial planning, reporting, functional finance, and commercial support activities of the Logistics Division. In this team, you will lead and support the development of three Finance Business Partners in Copenhagen and manage the capacity and prioritisation of two Business Analysts in our Shared Service Center in Poznan. Together with your team, you will drive: The divisional performance cycle, incl. reporting and budgeting Capex planning, evaluation and reporting Development of KPI frameworks and financial transparency Improvements in financial processes, data models, and planning frameworks Financial insight and decision support to senior stakeholders across commercial, operational, and central functions Improvements in reporting, automation and data quality Support to the strategic sales organisation in a business partnering
