We are looking for a structured and detail-oriented part-time administrative professional to support our daily operations, with the potential to take on broader office coordination responsibilities as the team grows. Responsibilities
Manage administrative tasks and Virksomhed paperwork
Handle and reconcile expenses
Support and operate payment systems
Organize documentation and records
Build, document, and improve internal admin processes
Maintain clear overviews using Excel or similar tools
Work closely with leadership to support operational and financial processes
Gradually support coordination of internal operations and day-to-day office needs as the organization scales
Requirements
Experience with administrative work and payment systems
Strong Excel skills and comfort with structured documentation
Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
Ability to work independently and bring structure where it’s missing
Interest in taking ownership beyond core admin tasks over time
Flexible hours
Opportunity to shape, own, and expand internal admin and office processes as the Virksomhed grows
