Job Description
We are looking for a PhD student who wants to join the cryptography group in the CSE Section at DTU. You will work on the ACPA project in the field of Post‑Quantum Anonymous Credentials. The Stilling will start on 1 August 2026 or later. You should hold a master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field and have a strong background in cryptography or mathematics as well as experience with cryptographic engineering.
Responsibilities and QualificationsYou will work alongside the 4 permanent researchers and currently 6 PhD students and 2 Postdocs in the Cryptography Group at DTU. The main task is to explore and implement novel efficient anonymous credential schemes which remain secure against quantum attackers.

Salary and Appointment TermsThe appointment will be based on the collective agreement with the Danish Confederation of Professional Associations. The allowance will be agreed upon with the relevant union. The period of employment is 3 years. Starting date is 1 August 2026 (or according to mutual agreement).
