Reporting to the SVP of Sales, you will be the driving force behind our commercial launch strategy for our LEAP products. We have a range of LEAP products so you will be working on a range of exciting new products across a whole range of segments and helping bring those products to market. You will work from our office in Hillerød, Danmark but since a large number of your key stakeholders and customers will be located outside Danmark, travel and cross-cultural collaboration are essential parts of the role. You should expect to travel globally 60–80 days per year.

What you will do

You will be responsible for developing and executing the commercial launch strategy for LEAP products. You’ll be involved in identifying target markets and customers, and building momentum through demos and trials and creating the story and tools needed and then converting all of this into sales within 6–24 months – you will build and demonstrate the sales story and strategy needed, and help us sell the Første LEAP instruments into the market, and then pass those learnings and best practices onto all our subsidiaries globally, so they can follow your lead and begin to sell these products in their local markets. As the primary commercial contact for SSS’s (sales and service subsidiaries) for LEAP sales, you will guide and collaborate with colleagues regarding customer engagement, sales strategy, and outreach—to ensure they are equipped to succeed. You will also be responsible for reporting launch progress, activities, and results to corporate management – representing LEAP at the highest level and ensuring visibility and alignment across the organization. Your role will require close collaboration with teams across the FOSS organization to ensure that commercial needs are met and that the organization is aligned for success. You will build strong relationships across our global subsidiaries and foster a culture of commercial excellence.

Your profile
  • A master’s degree in business or equivalent commercial education.
  • At least five years of senior product sales experience at an international level.
  • A proven track record of launching new products and developing effective sales strategies.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and drive collaboration across regions.
  • Full professional proficiency in English.
  • A willingness to travel internationally.
