About the Role

As a Senior Scrum Master, you will be at the heart of the company’s Agile transformation, leading multiple teams to deliver innovative, high-quality software solutions. You’ll guide teams through the principles of Agile, remove roadblocks, and create an environment where collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement thrive.

This role is perfect for a servant-leader who knows how to balance coaching, facilitation, and delivery focus — someone who can inspire teams while aligning them with big-picture business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide and mentor Agile teams, helping them fully embrace Scrum principles and practices.
• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies — daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives — ensuring they are productive and outcome-driven.
• Partner with product owners, engineering leads, QA, and stakeholders to keep backlogs clear, prioritized, and focused on delivering value.
• Proactively identify and remove obstacles that slow teams down, enabling faster and smoother delivery.
• Monitor key Agile metrics, share insights, and implement improvements to boost team performance over time.
• Foster a culture of accountability, open communication, and continuous learning across teams.
• Coach stakeholders and leadership on Agile best practices to strengthen organizational alignment.
• Oversee multiple Scrum teams, ensuring consistency and excellence in delivery across the organization.

Who You Are

• Proven experience as aSenior Scrum Masterin a software development or SaaS environment.
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and a passion for enabling teams to succeed.
• Skilled facilitator with strong conflict-resolution and coaching abilities.
• Proficient with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
• Comfortable leading distributed teams across multiple time zones.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM) or equivalent; advanced Agile certifications are a strong plus.
• Excellent communicator with fluent written and spoken English.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and how to align Agile practices with business outcomes.
