Job Description

The role sits within a well‑established executive remuneration practice that currently advises the remuneration committees of many leading Nordic and European listed companies as well as a significant number of private companies. Our European practice comprises around 40 executive compensation specialists drawn from a variety of disciplines.

Located in the heart of Copenhagen, you will be part of a diverse group of highly motivated, multicultural consultants working within reward and people advisory, search, and related disciplines. We expect flexibility, accountability to meet tight deadlines, and the delivery of work of the highest standard.

What You’ll Do
  • Work closely with the partner to deliver high‑impact advice and solutions.
  • Conduct in‑depth market analysis and research across reward, people, and performance to ensure advice is informed by facts and data.
  • Prepare benchmarks and shape client reports in collaboration with the engagement manager and leading partner.
  • Apply curiosity and enthusiasm to learn new skills quickly, building your expertise in reward and performance, your consulting toolbox, and client‑management skills.
  • Thrive in a fast‑paced environment where priorities shift and contribute to a positive, high‑energy culture.

  • Reward solutions and the link to motivation.
  • Performance management processes and best practice.
  • People aspects of M&A such as due diligence, pre‑integration planning, and project management.
  • Career frameworks and organization design.
What We’re Looking For
  • Ambitious minds – from early‑career starters to experienced profiles.
  • Minimum four years of experience, preferably from consulting or a numbers‑driven environment.
  • A relevant master’s degree within economics, finance, or business with a financial focus (e.g., cand.merc., asc., aef., fir., imm., sol., int.) and top‑class grades in math, statistics or similar courses.
  • Understanding of financial statements and corporate finance, and disclosure requirements for publicly listed companies (ideally).
  • Ability to read, interpret, and analyze a remuneration report (ideally).
  • Remarkable analytical skills in a pragmatic, business‑oriented way.
  • Strong ownership mentality, ability to deliver quality outcomes, and willingness to be flexible to meet clients’ expectations.
  • Robust proficiency in Excel and other data‑analysis tools.
  • Proven fast learner and desire to develop further while working on client assignments.
  • Fluent in Danish and English.
