The Role

The Senior Resource Manager plays a critical role in ensuring optimal resource alLokation and alignment across our 10 global client journeys. This Stilling combines analytical oversight, coordination, and stakeholder engagement to provide transparency and enable informed decision-making, everything captured and monitored in The role maintains a consolidated view of cross-journey projects, monitors dependencies, and supports governance processes to drive efficiency and strategic alignment.

Strategic Support

• Contribute to resource planning and cross-journey prioritization discussions.
• Own, maintain and update the Cross-Journey Project Overview in , ensuring visibility of initiatives, dependencies, and resource impacts.
• Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations for leadership forums and governance meetings.
• Support development and maintenance of resource management frameworks and alLokation models.
• Track and report on resource utilization, capacity planning, and portfolio KPIs.
• Act as a key point of contact for resource-related inquiries across journeys and functions.
• Draft internal communications and updates for senior stakeholders on resource and portfolio status.

Operational Support

• Coordinate data collection from journey teams and program and project managers to maintain accurate resource and project information.
• Facilitate resource review meetings and portfolio alignment sessions.
• Ensure timely follow-up on resource requests, escalations, and alLokation decisions.
• Maintain governance documentation and reporting tools (ServiceNow and ).
• Contribute to the establishment of as the "one source of truth" tool in the Group Client Journey organization

• Analytical & Structured: Ability to work with data, identify trends, and bring clarity to complex resource scenarios.
• Collaborative: Build strong relationships across journeys, PMO, and delivery teams and especially with senior stakeholders.
• Detail-Oriented: Comfortable managing large datasets and ensuring accuracy in reporting.
• Tech-Savvy: Skilled in resource management preferably in
